I used to use the Roku box a great deal, enough to get rid of cable and the expense completely. But then I purchased a Smart TV and now don't use it anymore

While the netflix, time warner and youtube apps seem to have active development occuring; it saddens me to say that the Roku devs aren't able to keep up at a similar pace.
I want a new UI, I'm tired of this faux iOS6 look(if I wanted Apple, I would have purchased a jailbroken Apple 2 tv).
You guys put out a press release in Feb 2014 announcing 3rd party homescreen theming. Where are they?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good product. Easy to use with a huge variety of program offerings,
I have one technical problem: When I connect my headphones to the Roku 3 remote, it works for a short time (about 3 minutes) then the sound revert to the television and the remote stop functioning. I have to remove the batteries and then put them back in and do the pairing again. What is the problem?

Much faster than last model. Much easier to navigate titles. Seems to have a longer Wi-Fi range.

Had the roku 2 for years and Hulu would constantly pause and generally be messed up. Upgraded and now it, and everything else, works perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
