Makes me miss satellite TV

I have enjoyed my Roku 3 for months. I find myself watching programming on it more than watching cable/satellite TV. I have watched programs that I missed and full seasons of others that I didn't watch. Best idea since DVRs.

Great player for streaming internet content

This is great for streaming content from the Internet - I use it primarily for MLB.TV and Amazon VOD and it handles both of those flawlessly. I've used it to stream other content as well and have not encountered any issues. The interface is really clean and easy to use, which is a big plus over some other devices. I also like to play Angry Birds on it occasionally - the remote is very well designed for this. The only reason I took away one star is that it does not handle local content well, which means that I need to use a different device for local content and the Roku for internet content. Not ideal, and if Roku can solve this problem, I would not hesitate to give it 5 stars!
