Scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5. Sometimes it works on Netflix, sometimes I get sound but no picture. The screen is black and stays black.

I bought the Roku 3 because I use both Amazon prime and Netflix. Only Netflix is available on my Apple TV. Since switching to the Roku3 I have been able to evaluate the difference between the Apple TV and Roku3 and it is considerable. The Roku interface is faster and easier to use, streaming is much faster and the overall experience is much better then the Apple TV. (I am an Apple fan, using almost all of their devices and I love them but in this category you have them beat by a landslide.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The performance of this product is wonderful. I own two Roku 3s and one Roku 2, and they have all performed flawlessly. Small, easy to setup, easy to add channels/navigate, and fast. I highly recommend the Roku streaming players.

This is nice product with tons of features but remote need attaintion. It takes too much of battery . I need to put batteries every other month

The Roku has become a device I simply cannot live without! I love all of the apps and features. It's quick and better than I ever expected it to be. Cut the cable with this device!

Really good......for the most part

Up until recently, I've been very happy with the Roku. Quick load times on amazon and Netflix and I love that it has the BYUtv channel on it as well. I don't use it as much for other channels, but have tried a couple like pbs and natgeo and while they are okay, not great enough to go back to on a consistent basis. I like the size and absolutely love that I can plug in a set of headphones into the remote- no more having my wife asking me to turn it down so low that I can't hear anything. My one complaint and my reason for rating it 3 stars vs. 5, is that in the last month or so, it's slowing down the streaming video to the point that everybody's voices go a few pitches lower and frankly, I just don't care to hear women talk in men's voices. I've read to just unplug it, but it seems to go back fairly quick to the low voices again, which makes it obnoxious to watch. I've read that other's have high chipmunk voices, but I haven't experienced that. Overall, still worth buying as I assume they'll have a software patch that resolves the voice issue- hopefully soon.
