My unit was working fine up until a week ago but as of now it no longer working.
When it was working I was very happy with the movies.

Better than previous ROKU model

But the home screen is difficult to read due to the background color and size of the font. I need my glasses to use the ROKU 3. I did not with ROKU 2.
The major problem I am having that prevent me from using the ROKU between 8:00 PM to0 10:00 PM is that my Verizon DSL stops all streaming during those hour daily, No help from their Tech Support!

Roku is proof that you can have all 3 (better, cheaper, faster). There simply is no compromise. They keep on the edge with channels, content, new services, awesome features, UI, etc etc etc and they f*in a bragain! CUT THE CABLE!

Convenient

I enjoy the convenience of having so many streaming options through one device. We get Netflix, MLBTV, Showtime Anytime, and Hulu. We use all of these with regularity. My one complaint is that the Roku crashes regularly. It will freeze during a program and then just reset itself. That becomes annoying.

We are tired of regular cable tv. We love the options of the Roku. We have enjoyed current movies, old movies and many tv series we always wanted to watch but couldn't.

I like to thank you for my Roku 3. Once I purchased it I happily said goodbye to my local cable provider . My savings will be $2.400 a year. My little Roku :-) provides me with everything I want to watch, when I want to watch it and now it's also providing me with a vacation to boot! You made the setup and easy installation so much fun to do. Online streaming is the future and Roku got me right up to speed. Boy, I feel like a Jetson!
