Not as good as past models

I own four models of the Roku Box.
N-1000, XD-S, XS and the 3.
All three of the former models have a great display menu with readable content.
The Roku 3 formats are difficult to navigate compared to the other three models and the font for content is so small that unless you own a 80" or larger it is difficult to read.
Performance of the Roku 3 is excellent and I like the headphone jack in the remote.
All Roku boxes have performed well and would recommend the older boxes over the new 3 but maybe format option will come with a software upgrade.

Cable quality without the expense.

I have not had cable channel accessibility, because of the price and the committment of the cable companies and dish services. Finding Roku and using my internet, I have the ability to watch what I want and when I want to watch them. My family strongly support and are pleased with the Roku player.

I wish I had known about sooner - cable tv bills were outrageously expensive for the shows I watched due to all the channels I wasn't interested in. The only two things I miss are live news channels and The Weather Channel.

I love my Roku and have given three as gifts. I think everyone should own one! It's easy to use, has the most channels of any product in this class, and is a great value.

I bought this to run Plex for my 4 kids, it is absolutely amazing. They play games, watch YouTube, movies, Netflix, and surf family photos and videos from my synology server. It has too many capabilities to list.
