I bought roku 1 month ago. The setup was very straight-forward. The interface is intuitive and it is easy to add channels. The only limiting factor is the speed of my internet, which varies from time to time. This has been my only impedance to enjoying the Roku fully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to setup and use

Headphone jack on the remote is a excellent feature. Took less than 2 minutes to setup and streams great in 1080P through my Denon AV receiver. Flipping the channel by clicking the * key is not 'user' friendly There should be a trackball knob on the remote of channel up / down or the Roku Rmote App can be made better.

I have one of the Roku 1,2 & 3 players.
The 3 is by far the best of all.
I love it.
I particularly like the speed and lack of buffering I had with other models.
The headphone jack is fantastic too.

I am within an inch of cutting my cable subscription.
Netflix and Roku are some of my favorite corporate heroes.

Upgrade to my original Roku from 2010

I bought this about 8 months ago because my original Roku from 2010 was having wireless issues and it gave me a reason to buy a new one. The only pro and con i have with this Roku 3 is the wireless headphone feature on the remote is great when i watch tv when my wife and kid are still sleeping, con the remote batteries die so fast that you have to invest in a rechangable set when using this feature. Platform is much better with many options.
I would recommend this to a friend!
