love this little device. It has been a great service to me when I want to watch something other then a shopping channel or infomercial on the 200 channels available through the airwaves, at a cost mind you.

Simplicity?

On July 16th, My Roku2 XS stopped streaming NETFLIX. I tried troubleshooting it myself at first. NETFLIX was working on other devices at my house and other channels were working on the Roku. I found that the box had updated software on July 16th, the same day that the problem arose - could be a coincidence of course. I eventually set up a couple of service incidents and followed many recommended procedures, visiting the "secret screen", changing servers and server software, updating the Roku box software, connecting and disconnecting all the components from the ADSL through the modem, router and Roku box. No Joy. I chose to simply buy a new box! Should have done it sooner and saved hours of fruitless time. I am getting used to the new interface and I like the shorter boot time. I have a perfect Roku2XS in the box - anyone interested? Oh - it won't stream NETFLIX. 8(

Money well spent! I have the roku 1 and the roku 3 that I purchased for another room. I bought the roku 3 mostly for the Wi-Fi remote and headphone feature. I like to watch movies on Netflix on weekend mornings in bed. My wife sleeps late in the morning and this gives me opportunity to watch tv and not wake her. I am a big lover of surround sound and these headphones satisfies my need. If you haven't watched a movie with headphones I highly recommend you try it. Hearing every breath and detail to a movie give you a whole different movie experience. Super fast, super easy product to use.

Is a great product love everything it does. I primarily use it in the bedroom with the headset. It works great. The only downside is it will chew through batteries using the headphones and the past month audio drop outs using the headphones have started occurring.

bought this roku a couple of years ago and experienced so minor problems with it picking up a signal. Changed my modem and things got a lot better. Would like to be able to view programs the next day instead of waiting a few days later. But over all really enjoy the product.

I bought this just after it came on the market. Other than the occasional 'hiccup' (rebooting in the middle of a movie for no apparent reason) it has been a good choice. I like the selection of sources that are available.
