Well worth it!

I have had Roku now for about 2 months and the family loves it. Roku opens up a whole other world when it comes to TV viewing. There are a huge selection of movie channels, most are with a monthly subscription, but I knew that before I purchased it so I was not surprised. Roku is very easy to set up, took about 5 minutes and was up and running with a beautiful crystal clear picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was a Roku 2 user for two years and recently bought Roku 3 to replace my Roku 2 primarily for the Roku 3 wired network connection and faster processer...could not be happier! Easy setup, super fast streaming content and more!

I owned a Roku 2 when I decided to also purchase the Roku 3. I absolutely love my Roku. The ability to watch my Hulu Plus station, Amazon Prime, and PBS are invaluable. I have a smart TV, but find the Roku is easier and faster.
I also use it to listen to iHeart Radio. I have listend to news. The channels are numerous, it is easy to set up, and fast. I have relatives that cut the cord and only use the Roku. I have not gotten there yet, but as soon as football is available without a cable, I will be there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great streamer

I'm big on streaming media. I have a Roku 3 in our bedroom, a Chromecast in our living room, and a Kindle Fire TV downstairs. They all have their pros and cons.
For the Roku 3:
It's fast, and it works most all the time.
It has a ton of channels available
It has Plex support
It has Android casting support for Youtube, Vevo and Netflix
It streams all my favorite paid streaming sites like Netflix and Amazon Prime

I would definitely recommend this player. Before the streaming devices, we had computers hooked up to all the different TVs, which is a pain for a lot of reasons. Now with Plex, I just have one PC as a server and I can stream HD to all the various boxes.

Purchased a couple of months ago. It makes it easier to watch Netflix and Hulu Plus. The only negative thing that I would have to say is you have CBS as one of the channels but it would be nice to be able to watch a full show rather than just clips of the shows.

So easy to set up, I'm a 63 yr old female and had no problem whatsoever! I'm thrilled, we cut the "cord" so to speak with cable, satellite, etc. I'm not a TV person, 1 soap opera a day is enough for me! But hubby likes to watch and it is keeping him happy. I would have given a 5 Star Rating, but did only 4 as we have gone thru 4 sets of Duracell Batteries in 1 month 4 days. Maybe it is our error, in how we are using it, or I hope it's not the remote itself, I don't know...
