Wanted to love it.....

Bought it 6 months ago. Easily installed, up and running in less than 10 minutes.
Many channels to chose from that are free as well as pay for channels, something for everyone's taste.

I have one problem; I lose sound and have to reboot roku every time I want to use it once it runs through its process of rebooting sound remains as long as it is used.
I've tried 4 new HDMI cables, talked to support and following their recommendation it solved the problem for 1 day then back to resetting since then. Its a problem but more a nuisance, otherwise a great product.

It was easy to install, and so many channels on it. The cost was not much and I get hours of enjoyment from it. I got my cable disconnected now that I have Roku!

We have had our Roku for about a year. Best decision ever. We got the Roku after upgrading our tv to what was supposed to be a smart tv. They had it marked wrong. So we were offered to buy this magic little box. Since, we have kick our wishy washy cable company that can't decide how much our cable bill should be. No more cable bills for us. There are so many channels to choose from. Some cost, some are free. Still cheaper than cable and we only have the channel's we want.

OK, but I like my Roku2 better

I have a Roku 2, thought I'd upgrade and give myself the newer Roku3 in the living room. Wrong answer. It's not as responsive, seems to freeze and I like the older remote more (it's just more intuitive). It's not that the Roku 3 is bad, I just like the Roku2 better. Easy set up, easy to use.

The Roku 3 is awsome I also have Neo Streaming, Roku is by far a better product.Im going to get this for all my TVs.

Excellent upgrade from roku 2

Been a long time Roku 2 user and decided to upgrade to 3. Glad I did. The performance increase is great (especially YouTube). Everything responds almost instantly and I also enjoy listening privately through wireless remote. A cool feature would be to listen privately through your Android remote app as well. Maybe that's something that could be added later.

Great feature is # of apps/links. Could have more of the more popular ones like Met. Opera..and make payments click through. And perhaps wireless connections.
