I love my Roku 3

I discovered Roku when my granddaughter bought a new Smart TV. I wanted one, too, but I didn't want to buy a new TV, as mine was fairly new. She told me about Roku and the Apple one. After checking them out, I chose the Roku 3, because it played Amazon Instant Video and the Apple does not. I love it. It's simple to use, connects easily, and this not-so-high-tech elder has had no trouble with it at all.

Best Set top box EVER

I bought my first Roku 14 months ago. Shortly after I bought another. Then another for a family member as a gift. I could not live without my Roku. Hands down the best set top box and streaming device. I use it over my cable providers box. I stream from all the major providers, as well as use it for my own hosted video services like Plex. The apps are always the fastest compared to other devices. You have changed my streaming life! Oh an the headphones part where I can listen with earbuds while my girlfriend sleeps is pretty much the best thing in the entire world.

Great Picture Quality

Roku 3 is noticeably faster than my old XS. I really like all the new apps, and the picture quality is good. The only thing that bothers me is that periodically the remote will lose connection to the Roku and I have to re-pair the two again, and the remote is not far from the Roku as I have it in my bedroom, but other than that I like it.

I LOVE my Roku!

I started with the basic Roku, then upgraded to version 3. My mother loved it so much, she bought one, also. We're supporters! Just plug in, set up your Internet connection, connect your accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu+) and you're set. You can even plug in a USB stick to watch your own media. So simple and easy!

This tiny box is a powerhouse of entertainment. Easy to set up in minutes and I am 63 yrs old. Best deal going. Cut the cable and now I can afford a new car. Only downside is the low quality remote acting up. Love the ear phone option though.

I like the Roku very much as a device....what I am hoping for is an improvement in the channels.....Really there are only a few channels that I do use, such as Netflix and Hulu Plus, but I am left desiring more TV and Movie Channels and wished that there was not so many religious channels or other channels that seem to only carry the same subjects or movie/tv shows......The device as a whole is fantastic though....
