I received my Roku3 as a Christmas gift in 2013. It does everything I could want from a streaming player. The menus are easy to navigate. The headphone plug in the remote is great when I'm binge watching something while everyone is asleep. I also utilize the iPhone remote app and it works seamlessly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Media Player Yet!

I have numerous media enabled devices and this is the one I use on a regular basis. Easy to use, responsive remote and always a fast connection to the network. I wish I had something negative to say about the ROKU but the apps that are not intuitive are written by third parties and they are the ones to complain to. All in all a great addition to my media center.

not bad cheaper than cable

been using about 6mo with no cable got Netflix and hulu plus lots of other stations but you got to pay or connect through your cable

The Perfect Gift

My wife bought me a Roku 3 several months ago because we decided to take everyone's advice and finally watch every season of Breaking Bad. We didn't have a way to stream Netflix to our TV before we got the Roku. Little did we know that we would start an addiction! So glad we got one of these. Now we watch our various TV series together, play games like "You Don't Know Jack," and I can stream NHL and MLB through it as well to get my sports fixes. We liked it so much we bought a second one.

Love the product but, mine came with ear buds for private listening and there's so much static that there useless. Tried other head phones and still get static.
