I love My 4 Roku's but the latest Model is my personal favorite. We us all 4 in different parts of the house. The only thing I would suggest is a recharging station for the remote because of the required AA batteries.

Good Alternative to High Priced Dish and Cable TV

We purchased the Roku 3 around April 2014 and our five-year old enjoys it very much. We are able to watch a few old reruns and once in a while a good recent movie. Unfortunately, we do not have much time for watching television, so it is not used very often except by our son. The free channels are not very good since the videos seem to constantly reload, even in the middle of viewing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku has made TV fun again! With cable, the channels available is varied but not even half were watched nor were they my choice. Now, I have many of the shows and movies that I like and can watch when I want to watch them for a very low cost. That's a Win, Win, Win!!
