FREE YOURSELF OF CABLE

I was a cable TV fanatic, but I grew tired of the increasing prices and manipulation. I didn't know if Roku was going to replace cable, but it has! With a decent data plan, Netflix and Hulu, I am set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

it's MUCH more than a Netflix/Hulu viewer!

I have a gaming console that has Netflix and Hulu apps but my Roku HAS and will continue to occupy an HDMI slot. It's all the extras that sell it. It streams off my phone and laptop with unimaginable ease. I got to watch a live Prince concert via Live stream. The user interface could NOT be ANY more simple. I was able to get my mother to use it with ease and she can barely make a call on her cell. The remote? Loose it...go ahead. Your phone works just as easy. But if u haven't lost it...use the headphone port to watch your sneaky programs at night or catch an episode ahead of your better half on the sly while u mute the TV and listen on the DL through the nifty purple set it comes with. Hands down its a palm sized pile of awesomeness.
If u happen to be VERY unlucky and encounter a customer service issue...they bent over backwards...above and beyond even...to please me...and I don't see a difference between me and you.
A unpleasurable experience has yet to eminate from my teeny weeny Roku....from any of the THREE of them to be cometely honest.

I saw it on the internet, I purchased it and have not been so happy with the streaming. It is like going to the movies, but not leaving your home. Thanks Roku 3 . Octavio.

I've been using this unit for a while, has lockups every couple of days. The search function isn't very good as it only searches a handful of my apps. It gets the job done for the most part, but it's not strong enough to keep me from looking at the fire TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Having trouble connecting wireless

Bought this about a month and a half ago. Spent 4 to 6 hours trying to connect wireless, never had any luck, I gave up.....I'll try later when I have time. Need tech support!!!!!!
Note: I would rate this as a good product if I wasn't having the problems I've had connecting wireless.
