I have three Roku units now. I have one Apple TV and one Google TV. The Roku is the best of the three by far with the most choices and ease of use.

great machine with annoying quirk

Roku 3 is a great machine loaded with many features to last you a long time watching movies and TV. My favorite two features are the usb port to load your own movies up and the headphone jack on remote. These two features make it 20× better than fire tv. But there is a problem that roku needs to fix... the hdcp hdmi handshake problem. If you turn your tv or reciever off.and then turn it on later it wont play content from Netflix and hulu until you restart the roku. Google the problem it is extremely common and it very annoying. Other than that roku 3 is very feature.rich and easy to use

I have been trying to get customer service to assist me in fixing some issues with my Roku and they have not fixed it at all. There has been no resolution to my dilemma.

Roku 3 was easy to setup and to use. it has turned into our homes favorite TV device. even my 87 year young Mother in Law uses it all the time to watch her favorite shows on Net flick. it is the only electronic devise She has mastered

Tiny! Amazing! A real upgrade for us!

We owned a Roku 1 for years, and finally upgraded to a 3 for access to newer channels (PBS in particular). We are delighted! We watch movies via Amazon Prime and Netflix and TV shows when something interesting is actually on.
It takes absolutely no room in front of the tv - which is great because we're in an RV. Anything else we would have to buy to stream movies is way bigger, something we don't need.
Plus! The earbuds that plug into the Roku 3 remote make it simple for one person to watch their show without bothering anybody else in the room. Love it!
In my opinion? Buy a Roku 3 NOW! Do you have one yet? Now? Now?

Friends have hounded me for months to get Roku and it's virtually free since I already subscribe to Amazon Prime. I love it! I'm hooked.

Just love this newest box "Roku 3". Fast, Fast, Fast, oh and did I forget to mention it's FAST? Especially love the faster Netflix app. And YouTube.......Wow!!!
