Could not live without our Roku

We've been streaming with Roku since the early days, but we were blown away by the Roku 3! Everything you need - fast, reliable, affordable, easy to use with excellent HD picture.

I want to love Roku...if only...

I have owned every model of Roku since inception. This one is the best to date (even if they did omit the digital audio out connector). I really want to love the Roku, but trying to cast your PC screen to it is either impossible or unusable. And STILL no caching. All of us do not have rock solid internet connections so please let us download and play our video content. Lastly, please help us find a way to search the hundreds of channels for content!
That said, it is still the best product on the market. There are so many channels that it overwhelms mortals to try and find a show or find where you watched something that you liked. I will buy the next one as soon as it comes out, so I guess that means I still love my Roku!

Tried it inside of buying another blueray player to use Netflix, then realized we had HBOGO also, Works great for catching up on shows. It's easy to use, just haven't figured out how to shut it off without pulling the power cord! Beware of signing up, as long as you do not mind getting a million emails, it's all good..;)

I have been using Roku3 from last six to eight months and use mostly to play a specific app on the roku.
pros:
1. easy to use
2. easy installation process
3. app installation and removal is easy.
4. HD quality video.
5. user friendly remote
6. several free apps such as netflix, youtube etc
7. comes with an earphone that can be linked to the roku remote to direct the TV sould to the earphones.

cons:
1. the remote doenst work properly in gaming mode.
2. Typing is difficult using the remote. would be great if the device comes with a small bluetooth keyboard.
3. need more entertainment category apps.
4. doesnt contain web browser so no inetrnet browsing possible.
5. sound quality is not that good. the surround sound output needs more work.

I bought this roku 3 about 3or4 months ago......but I wish it has my Wect6news app in Wilmington, NC so I can watch my local news I live in Wilmington, NC....

I cut my cable and bought the roku. This was an awsome purchase for someone who mainly watches movies or tv series. I love having do many channel options for entertainment. I hope they incorporate more known channels.
