Super little device

I decided to disconnect from cable TV about a year ago, and, after some research, I settled on a Roku 3. I have not been disappointed. It is an outstanding, yet unobtrusive, little device. It handles all my streaming services flawlessly, and the Plex channel permits me to stream directly from my in-home media server.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my R3

I had the original Roku for several years, and was happy with it. On a whim I decided to upgrade to the R3, and boy I am glad I did! Everything's better, from the 1080 video, to the number of channels. No regrets here, still the best video streamer.

My first Roku I purchased was the first one that came out. I loved it so much I have added 2 since including the Roku 3. So easy to set up, options, channels, earphones through the remote. We love it. We enjoy it!!

The Great ROKU

I've had my Roku-3 for about nine months and I have not once regretted having this piece of device. An enhancement to allow you to watch your channels on your smart-phone will be superb!

great features if it worked

I'll be hard pressed to buy another one...Locks up. Limited warranty. Had to open the unit and add a heatsink. Didn't want to but unit keep locking up. Apps are good but what good is that if it doesn't work. I consider the device poorly engineered and cheaply made. Roku... increase your warranty stand by your product and don't skimp on the cooling solution
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wife now keeps TV on the Roku input. Kids are always asking for their PBS kids shows on Roku. The purchase has been rather popular in our household.
