Though I have only had the ROKU for a short time, I must say I am very pleased with how easy it was to set up along with instructions on how to use.

An enjoyable transition from cable programming

The Roku has performed as my friend, the reviews and media said it would. I am enough techie to know there will be small issues that will need to be addressed. My unit has froze twice. 2 times since it was gifted to me in January 2014. It took me a total of 60 seconds to reboot the device and move on. I am enjoying the system.

I bought the first roku played that they produced in 2008 they kept the software updated to meet the present days needs it was super reliable never an issue. I bought a new TV which supported 1080p so I decided to purchase the Roku 3. The load time is quick if not instant. Hd quality is perfect and they do an occasional update so I feel that they believe in good customer support. Streaming apps are plentiful but I use mostly three Netflix amazon and hulu. All work as intended by each respective company. You can't go wrong. I have a smart TV s BUT THE APPS MADE FOR ROKU OUT PREFORM MY SONY And SHARP.. you can't go wrong with this purchase.
Oh did I mention that there is enough content available to drop cable. I haven't had a bill for programing I don't watch for 6 years

Have two of these now and I can't say enough good things about them. If they can ever figure out how to stream live news, I could ditch cable for good. And the Oscars.
