Roku rocks!

We are the owner of two Roku 3 streaming players. Plan on buying another one for the 3rd TV in our home. I am so thrilled - we are saving mega $$$ a year now. Roku player 3 is far better than I anticipated it would be. The reason I did not give it 5 stars, because we are dealing with some lengthy download times. However, I believe installing a small antenna may assist in resolving this from happening as often. Also, my elderly parents have a difficult time being able to find their programs I have saved for them. I think this may be a result from the movies and TV shows that are recommended and the others that we have watched that sort of clutters up the choices. I am working on deleting extra paraphernalia in hopes this will help in locating their programs easier. So far I am impressed with streaming and Roku.

I bought this a month or so ago. Player seems ok - on par with previous models. I really don't see a huge difference in this model vs my last. I do seem to have more freeze-up issues than before. All in all, if I still had my old unit (Roku 2 was given away) I would be happy with it. This is not a MUST DO upgrade.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this product 5 months ago. It's amazing! I've never had any problems with and I no longer need cable. I will be one for my bedroom

I was given a Roku 3 as a present from my wife's parents. I wanted something that would enable us watch movies and tv via the internet. Works like a dream. Special mention for the excellent remote control which also makes a pair of headphones cordless when plugged to the remotes 3.5 mm headphones jack.

Bought a Roku six months ago, couldn't get their website to work, tried to get it to work for 3 days, then I took it back and got my money back and closed my Roku account.
It's six months later and Roku just sent me an email asking me to review their product so I thought I would oblige them.

I owned a previous Roku, but purchased Roku 3 for another TV. It outperforms by previous version. Love it, wish I had it for both TVs, just don't want to buy another one right now. Hookup so simple a grandmother can easily do it.

Have a Roku 2 and decided to go for the Roku 3 because we wanted to stream on more than one TV. Big improvement over the Roku 2. Really like the look of Netflix on the new one. As Roku keeps improving, I'll keep buying. Thanks guys!!
