The Last One was Great. This One Is Fantastic!

I've owned a ROKU for the last four years and I got an upgraded 3 as a gift (best gift ever!). I always use them with a wired connection and don't mind paying extra for it. This new model is much faster, the interface much cooler, and I love that you can search everything with one button. Ok, I'm a grown man so I don't care about Space Angry Birds or whatever it is, but my daughter loves it (and, yeah, I play it sometimes..) Always new channels to explore and lots of 'secret' channels online to add. It's the best thing I ever did to lower my cable bill and still enjoy my favorite TV/movies. Ever complain that you wish you could just pay for what you watch and not a bunch of channels/show that you don't? Get a ROKU, go to basic cable (or get rid of it altogether), sign-up for a TV/Movie service (you know which ones I mean) and experience what you've been asking for all this time.

I had an earlier version of Roku and was happy but decided to look into some of the updated features of this one. I am sooooo glad that I did. The streaming on the previous one was a bit slow, this one is never a problem. The earphones are so convenient, but they do drain the battery of the remote. I just use the rechargeable and trade off so I always have them ready. There are a great many more products on the market now but I can't imagine that the price, product and performance could be any better.

Great alternative to regular TV

I'm so glad I bought my Roku 3. I didn't realize it was so good. The variety of programming covers everything. The setup is real easy.

We have had this for three months now and were so happy with it, it has a quick response, great display, tons of channels and is super easy and quick to set up, looking forward to using the Roku 3 for many years.

I particularly like the remote. The search function is great. I haven't had any problems with the remote interfering with my wifi, but, then, I use 5ghz for my computer's wifi.
