Super easy to use!

I got tired of watching Netflix and Amazon Prime on my tablet, so I purchased the Roku and now I'm enjoying shows on my large TV. Additionally: 1) I'm technically challenged, so the fact that all you do is plug it in and you're good to go made me very happy; 2) Not only do I enjoy the Roku, but my niece and nephew love to come over and watch 'their' shows on my TV, too; 3) Plus, having a Roku means you can watch the shows you want when you want!

Simple setup, best Netflix app and video qualtiy, I've tried many different ways of streaming Netflix specifically and Roku is the best by far

Stream everything with one device

Cut the cord and got the Roku 5 months ago. The box is simple to use for every household member which is just what I needed. Interface is fast and simple. With a fast enough internet connection the streaming world is at your disposal.

Terrible Remote. Great streamer

The media streaming is wonderful. The remote never stays synced. I have 2 other Rokus and this is the only one with problems. The battery is also terrible on it. It worked great for 2 months and after that I had to change the batteries every other night. Definitely a bad remote. Bought specifically for the headphone jack and highly disappointed with the life and function of it.

The king of streaming channel interfaces

I am a staunch Apple supporter, but I chose the Roku 3 over the Apple TV. Couldn't be happier with my selection. I particularly like the ability to separate user profiles and the simple interface.

I bought a ROKU 3 two months ago. Had to return it because the earphone socket in the remote malfunctioned. Once unplugged the remote did not return the unit to listening through the TV/Audio receiver. So I got it replaced. I am not sure this one works very well either. Time will tell.
