Great Upgrade!

I love my Roku 3! I upgraded from the first Roku to the Roku 3 and primarily use it for Netflix and Pandora. I love the way it recommends similar movies/TV shows to ones I watched and I find the visual aspects much more pleasing to the eye. I especially like that when watching a television series, it will start the next episode of the series within 20 seconds without having to go back to the menu. There are also gaming options as well as ear buds so that you can watch or play without disturbing others. The Roku 3 is a significant improvement even over the Roku 2!

I bought this so I wouldn't have to buy a new TV to get a smart one. It really works great. The picture is just like watching TV. Now that I can watch my slingbox using the Ipad, I get a better picture than I did when I hooked up my computer to watch slingbox.

I purchased this device primarily because I liked the search function. It works very well. When I installed it the screen froze so I unplugged it and that took care of it. I have not had a problem since.

Very Fast!

I have had this awhile now and really like it. Its much faster than the other version I had. All channels seem to load quicker and the movies don't have any lag. Rarely have I had to reset it for any reason so its very reliable. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it doesn't play movies from my media server for some reason. I have to switch to my Roku2 if I want that function even though in theory its supposed to work with Roku3.
