Totally love the improvements

Totally love the improvements in Roku 3. I have difficulty hearing and am able to plug my head phones into the remote and not bother anyone else in the house. Also thinking really strongly to doing away with cable tv

I have had the Roku 3 for about a year now, and I love it, and use it almost every night. It just works! Delivers what is says it can! Highly Recommended!

Lots of options - not a lot of service

This is the second device I've purchased. The first never worked right in wireless mode, and customer service was awful. They prolonged response until the warranty was up and then I was on the hook. The second unit (which I grudgingly bought because my wife wanted the content) works better, but the performance is still spotty. At least I know not to waste my time with customer no service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this because I didn't want to buy a smart tv since I had just bought my 65" screen tv. It was great. Easy to use too.

I have bought 5 Roku gizmos. I bought the last one today, the one that you get 100 tv channels.
Works great, easy installatio.
Easy to use.
Gives me enhanced wi fi power.
It pauses, fast forwards, fast backwards,
It keeps working uninterrupted for hours and hours. I recommend, honestly, it is worth the experience.. You'll love it too...

I already had the Roku 2 so I bought this one mainly for the plug-in headphones port, which didn't work too well at first, but worked great after the latest software update. It comes in handy when the wife is sleeping and I want to watch my shows.

Sound problem

There is a problem with sluggish sound that is correctable if you unplug and re start... it is annoying and happens several times daily. Other than that the device works very well... but it is a serious problem that I have not found a fix for online or through trouble shooting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
