Upgraded from the original Roku and wow what a difference!! I'm thinking of cancelling my cable because I haven't been watching it.

Roku is great but roku3 is unneeded

The roku 2 does everything you need a roku to do without the excess of being able to play some silly games that the roku 3 offers. Save the $30 and get the roku 2. Content is a big deal with cutting the cable bill. Most channels are available on roku but the good ones need to be paid for so why not just keep cable

Had the Roku2 and upgraded. Still have the 2 set up for my Dad
and I use the Roku3 in my room where there is no cable.

I have had 3 Roku units for many months and I am generally pleased with their performance. I like the fact that they sit in the background and simply do their job.
I also really like the fact that I can plug in the headphone and move between various rooms and still receive my music even though the TV is off. That's transparency. However, the moment you start to handle the units you run into poor interface design. The unit is in desperate need of a keyboard/pad. The OK and arrow keys are being asked to do too much and the units get too hot. Heat is the enemy of all things electronic

I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend. Wish they make an app to watch TV and send from Phone browser to Roku.

I've had this unit for a few months, I still have not used this for all of its capabilities but could not be happier with it. I did have a bit of trouble with connectivity but took after a few attempts. This was not enough to sway the 5 star review. This unit will not disappoint.
