Very fast!

I have had this for over 4 months, and it is very nice. I was used to a cheap Blu-Ray player, and the Roku 3 leaves it in the dust. Very nice features and options, plus it is rocket fast, and compliments our fiver internet very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using it for months now and really happy with the Roku. I had the first Roku and was happy with it too, then got the 3 for christmas and didnt see how it could be different... but I really like the headphone jack in the remote. I put the new 3 in the bedroom and can watch my shows as I fall asleep without disturbing my husband. The only thing you have to remember is to unplug the headphones from the remote when you are done, because it really drains the battery - esp. the batteries that come with the device.

A great product in a not-so-perfect world

I bought my Roku 3 in spring 2013. After initially setting it up and trying it out (Netflix, Pandora, etc) I realized that the other streaming services I wanted to view were all through Comcast and they have not agreed to let Roku products stream them.
So, I was a little disappointed, but not with Roku. The company has been great, the product has been great (I'm glad I use rechargeable batters in my remote) and I have no complaints in that aspect. I just wish the streaming providers would let me use my Roku to its full potential.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected!

I purchased Roku 3 a couple of months ago. I only used it for Netflix at first and was very pleased. I had been playing Netflix through my DVD/Blu-Ray player. The reloads were frequent and distracting with the player. Roku nearly put an end to reloads. Then I purchased Amazon after a free trial month and I upgraded my internet service. I still get an occasional reload during a viewing, but I suspect that it is a glitch in the internet service. Also i have just started to explore other feature that come with Roku 3. Some have commercials, but the content has many movies and shows not available on Netflix or Amazon, or at least not for free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Almost perfect!

Bought to replace AppleTV. I found the Roku 3 to be a much better fit for our needs, primarily because of features and the way it works. Even in a rural area with fairly slow connectivity, the Roku 3 allows us to receive the programming we really want without the excessive monthly costs associated with cable and satellite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgraded to Roku3 and Wow all the channels you can get. It's the greatest thing going. I've recommended to others allready.
