OMG Why Did I Wait So Long?

I've had every generation of Roku since they first came out. I upgraded to the Roku 3 when I had Fiber to the Home installed and I can't begin to describe how pleased I am with this newest Roku. Fast, faster, fastest on every measurement. Easy to use and fast. What more would anyone want!

I had a Roku 2 (which I really liked) wanted another and bought the Roku 3. Love both but the Roku 3 is so much easier to use and I would recommend it.

Ethernet lets me connect to my personal media fast! Also like the remote headphone jack that lets me catch up on shows and movies without waking up the house!

What smart television should have been

I bought a smart TV that I found collecting information on me and LG wanted to charge me for their doing so! So, I turned off the "smart" part of the product, freed myself from their stranglehold of what optional channels I could get and bought a Ruko... More than 3,000 channels, my choice of what pay channels I want, hundreds of completely free channels offering over thing from free movies to information on Ham Radio to the Arduino and Raspberry Pi, science, history, cooking. It's simple to hook up and, when the inevitable computer glitch happens, you simply unplug it and plug it back in, to reset it! Ruko has great customer support, the menus on the unit are easy to understand, it's just fantastic. I disconnected from satellite and just use the Ruko and an antenna for over the air channels. Now, I am waiting for them to come out with a version or software for my computer, that will allow me to record over-the-air programs for later viewing. This company does things right.

I've been using my Roku for several months now, and it is very reliable. It's an affordable way to stream TV on my own schedule. Highly recommended!

Will never go back to cable/satelite

I got my first Roku about 3 years ago and will never go back. I have upgraded my Roku once and added one for the guest room. I can't say enough positive things about it, and recommend it to everyone I know. Have converted 3 relatives and 6 friends to Roku, some kept cable/satellite so the guys can watch sports but that is about all they watch on those services.
