A great over-the-top TV streaming device

I have been using Apple TV for a while, and just installed Roku 3 on my 2nd TV. It dose most of the streaming job very well. The biggest advantage of Roku over Apple TV is that you can play Amazon Prime free video. However, I do miss the complete remote music playing capacity with iPhone over Apple TV. I hope someone is making an App to do just that. If you own an Google account and has lots of musics at Google drive, you can't really play your Google music over Roku remotely either. It appears to me that Google and Apple are two of the biggest competitors out there against Amazon, while Roku is really a Amazon device.

Great box, but missing one little thing...

I really like my Roku3. They've crammed a lot of functionality into that little box, that's for sure! The one thing it lacks, though, is HBO GO through Xfinity. I'll blame it on Comcast.

Finally cut the Cable Cord!

I have had my Roku 3 for a few months and liked it so well, that I bought a second one for another TV! I already had Netflix and added Hulu so I can watch all kinds of movies whenever I want. There are a ton of free channels to choose from, but my favorite channel has been Youtube on my big screen TV! It is great!

A Great Replacement of CableTV

I dropped my cable company because I did need to pay for stations I did not watch or want. With the Roku I can pick the channels I need & new ones. I save big $$$ changing over to Roku

Direct TV to "RoKu" Streaming Video, Thank You!

30 years of cable and satellite consumer. But when I read all that Roku had to say about streaming video I was sold. I cut the cable in one fell swoop. Cancelled Direct TV and installed my Roku 3 Controller in the same day and have never looked back.
We've had RoKu for six month now and I make every effort to sell streaming video to anyone who will listen. I am sold on the complete service. RoKu streaming video is what cable/satellite service should have been from the beginning.
CHOICE of movies, news, TV etc. is what sold me on your service..The quality of your transmit signal is outstanding. I am really happy with the simplicity of your hand held controller and its responsiveness to your every touch. I would have to think long and hard to contribute idea's for improvement of your existing service.
Keep up the good work...
