Nice gadget

I tried Roku for 1 month and returned it. The picture quality and speed were great. However, within the 1 month period, it froze 3 times and had to be reset. I also didn't like the toy like remote control design. I've replaced it with a blue ray player that also streams. It was $10 less than the roku and I can play blue ray.
If I buy a streaming device again, it will probably be a laptop with HDMI output for the tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My family bought this for me as a Christmas present. I instantly became in love with it because I no longer had to "watch" my subscription services, apps, or you tube only on the computer, laptop, tablet, or phone but on my BIG television with surround sound! It is easy to install and use. There is not a day that goes by that I don't tell them "Thank You" for the best gift ever.

I find with the phone support I love my Roku. But when it faultered and stopped working - the support gently walked me thru what to do, and to change the batteries the next time it happens and that now I can follow the same steps they told me of... I'm very very impressed - and yes I recommend it everyday to someone. I'm still learning about all the options... makes it more fun.

Very easy to hook up and use, love it! I mostly use netflix, but will be trying some of the other networks in the near future.

I bought my Roku 3 because I was tired of spending $150< for cable + internet; now I'm down to less than $65! I am so happy with this purchase! There are so many "channels" available that cover my need to watch my favorite shows, I wonder why I didn't purchase a Roku sooner!
The menu system is extremely simply to navigate through; it can't get any easier to use.
I love the simple design of the remote! I can put on a pair of headphones and plug them into the Roku remote, so that I don't wake up my wife or two-year-old when I want to watch a movie.
If any of you are considering getting rid of your cable, BUY A ROKU 3! There is more than enough content scattered among the different "channels" to satisfy your need to watch TV! Plus, if you have any movies or shows stored on a USB drive, you can connect that to the Roku 3 and watch all of that content!

Has many great features definately love the headphone adapter in remote feature & 10 times better than neotv. But we do wish there was a way to connect a wireless keyboard feature as well as a way to enlarge subtitles for people who are visually impaired. Do love the fact the remote has an adjustable strap so we do not drop it all the time and the fact the system does not have to be rebooted all the time. Great Product RoKu we hardly ever watch cable any longer, Thank you
