We were having trouble streaming Netflix thru our Blue-Ray player. Every time we wanted to watch something it would lock up. A family member recommended a Roku and we haven't had one problem since. I wish we had bought it 2 years ago!

Works great and navigates much faster

I am very pleased with the ROKU 3. Everything works well. It navigates fast and the features, such as the Netflix site are improved and more functionable.
I still use and enjoy my Old ROKU and have gotten 4 relatives and friends signed on as ROKU/PLAYON-PLAYLATER satisfied users. We have cut the cord and now pay for internet access only, saving $1200 to $1800 a year!

The programs are not straight forward and intuitive. They should have more video training or explain how to access channels and which require subscriptions clearer.

I have had the Roku for quite dome time. I enjoy Nexflix, Amazon Prime and a few other apps. I only gave it a 4 not because of Roku but because Comcast is not included. I do not have access to HBO Go, or full access to Lifetime.
