I like the graphics you can see them pretty good

Roku glitch

It tends to freeze up on Pandora after just a few songs. Have tried to reset it, but this only worked for a short time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my 1st ROKU3 about a year ago and really like it. I bought a 2nd one for my other TV not too long ago. I do not think there is abetter device out there for ease of installation, use, product selection, and best of all, iof you have an Amazon account you can get the Amazon Prime which is the best deal out there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a couple of other home entertainment devices that use the vast amount of programming available on the internet and none even come close. I love my Roku 3. I routinely stream Amazon and Netflix videos, and Pandora subscription music. When my contract with satellite TV expires, I am planning to stop Pay TV completely. The Roku 3 is a dream to use and I have not even begun to fully utilize its features. I must add that the Roku 3 has only HTMI outputs only device and my aging A/V amp was lacking any HDMI inputs. So I had to buy a new receiver. That's a good thing. Now I have 2 new toys to rave about.

Even more than I expected

The Roku 3 was a step up for me from the earlier generation Roku HD - and my goodness have we come a long way! As much as I enjoyed what my old Roku offered - the speed, the variety and the stability of the Roku 3 blew it out of the water!
The variety of offering seems to be increasing every week - I like having both HBOgo and ShowtimeAnytime available along with a revamped YouTube channel and of course the flawless access to Netflix, Hulu+, Amazon Prime, Spotify TedTalks, TuneIn and Pandora. I totally didn't expect to have access to my Amazon Cloud Player there as well which is huge for me as I am a heavy user. No more streaming music from my phone to my bluetooth wireless speaker adapter to hear my tunes on my home sound system!
Now IF ONLY Roku could figure out a way to stream Audible content, I could actually sell that adapter on ebay!!! (Please please please?? It's the only improvement I can think of to suggest right now but it is a big one.)
Another bonus is, because I am a Tivo user, I don't have access to TWC On Demand programming - but Roku just took care of that issue for me too as it now features a TimeWarner channel and all the On Demand stuff I want to see (including FX, TCM and AMC which you can't access online currently if you are a TWC subscriber) is RIGHT THERE!! I am really not generally the type to squee - but - squeeeeee!!!!!
The remote is very minimalist and very easy to use - as a matter of fact everything about the Roku experience is easy, speedy and intuitive. I haven't yet used it for gaming so I can't speak to that.
Kind of a long review - but I am now an enthusiast. Even though many of the channels Roku offers can also be found on my other devices (Tivo Roamio, Denon Network receiver and PS3) the Roku is my device of choice for accessing all content because it is quicker, easier, and more reliable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My 3rd Roku model...

I bought the Roku 3 to replace my 2xs because I wanted the headphone jack on the remote. Ultimately it's not much different otherwise which is a good thing. I swear by the Roku and it is our primary means of entertainment. We no longer pay for a TV service provider. I will say that it probably isn't for everyone as you basically have to be not just open to a change but eager.

I am a great fan of Roku for streaming media. I would give it a 5 star rating, but unfortunately there is no 3D support for streaming 3D content.
