A fast, fantastic little machine!

My husband and I bought this as our Christmas present for each other. We had an older Roku model, and while it was fine, it wasn't the highest quality, and we couldn't have HD on it. When looking at options in November of 2013, we decided we wanted one that had a fast processor, HDMI output, and the option to use headphones. Thus far, we're thrilled with our Roku 3! About the only superfluous feature on it, for us anyway, is the USB port. When we've tried to use it, the machine and drive both heat up quite a bit, and the drive often fails. We use the Plex Media Server on Roku instead, and that works out really well for us! We definitely recommend the Roku 3!

This is my second Roku. Great addition to basic cable, with high speed internet. Alows me to stream otherwise unavailable programming. Pay for what you want only. Kids would prefer better game apps.

I'm on my third new Roku since the company started selling them. Great selection of media, entertainment, including games, personal picture and movie storage. Be sure to checkout other forms of media including "Ted" and more. Great buy!

Bought a Roku, Loved it but it stopped working within a month. Bought another Roku and it broke after a month. Both stopped working!!?? What a waste of money. I might as well subscribe to satellite or cable tv if I have to purchase a new roku each month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Roku's are great

I've had a Ruku for a number of years, beginning with Roku 1. I'm up to Roku 3 now. Being able to use headphones with the remote is the greatest feature yet! I'm always telling friends about how great Roku is.

My only complaint is the sound quality of the earbuds connected to the remote is pretty bad. Not sure if different earbuds would help or not.

Quick Processor, and works great with Netflix. My only complaint is that is does not work with HBO GO for Comcast.

I really have love the ROKU 3

I have over the past 4 months purchased two Roku 3, I like it's ease of operation.
the reminders of what are my favorite programs and series. I especially like the Money it has save me over satellite or cable TV, with great quality picture and program selection.
