ROKU!!!!!

My son upgraded my Roku 1, to the Roku 3. I was very content with the first one, but this one is awesome! I love every detail about it! My favorite is the ear plugs... I like the fact that, I'm not disturbing anyone with my playing games or watching Netflix. I would recommend Roku to anyone... Can't go wrong!

Faster than other streaming device I've used

I've been using this Roku for almost a year and it is significantly better than my old original roku, and my roku xd, both of which are still working great by the way, but the Roku 3 is just the fastest streaming device I've yet to use. I used to toggle between streaming off my bluray player and my ps3 but not with the Roku 3, it is just that much better than all the rest. I still use the ps3 in the other room and have the xd hooked up in another room while my brother is using my original Roku. I still amazes me when I meet people who have never heard of these, they are truly missing out. We cut the cable over five years ago when we got married and if I have it my way, we will never go back to cable. Thanks Roku!

We enjoy all of the apps and viewing available, but are disappointed with having to constantly reboot the device to use it. Every once and a while it works GREAT, then the rest of the time it's less than enjoyable.

I Have ROKU buy several months ago. I am delighted. I have a variety of programming and see the channels in HD format. It is the best thing and bought

OK product but erratic

Everything but the closed captioning works. That part stopped a couple of months ago and now works about five per-cent of the time.

Mine gets very warm and makes the cabinet warm. I also assume that heat is energy i.e., electricity being used. I only can unplug it when I remember to do so. I would like an on/off button on the controller.

Enjoyed the product for first year, until Roku changed to a Fathers Day theme which caused my Roku 3 to disable 1080P display capability. Now, in order to enjoy certain movies on Netflix, I need to purchase a new one; which I wont do. I'll purchase smart TVs here on out. However, for people on the road a lot, it does offer a way to view your favorite shows because it is so portable.
