Perfect device!

I purchased my first roku a few years back. It's flawless. Still works great. Easy and simple to use. Makes watching Internet streamed videos a pleasure. It has many avenues for viewing sure to please all. I was so happy I purchased a second one. It has a headphone in out. Now I don't have to interrupt the house if its later at night past the kids bedtime
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best investment in a while

I had been using my Samsung Blu Ray player for streaming. What a joke. It was so slow and clunky. I was throwing money away paying for Netflix and Hulu because I never wanted to turn on my Blu Ray player. Then I got the Roku3. Wow. what a difference. So fast and responsive. I will probably buy another in the future for another tv. Thanks Roku!

Roku 3 is what you want. I got tired of using the Netflix and Amazon apps that came installed on my TV. They kept going out and I was constantly messing with my router. I bought the Roku 3 and all is good. Now my kids can watch movies and shows with out any problems.

Great device. A nice alternative to Apple TV

I have an Apple TV device and a Roku 3 in my house and while both do a great job, the ability to stream movies etc from Amazon Prime is a differentiator that can't be ignored. While I wish the remove was more simple to use and had backlighting (I use my R3 in my bedroom) it is nice to have the iphone app as an alternative.

I now have three Roku 3s on all my home tvs. Having tried all the competition this is the box I always defer to for best speed, selection and ease of use!

I ♥ My Roku devices

I have two Roku devices. The first one is the original Roku which I bought a couple years ago and then immediately cancelled my cable tv contract. The newer Roku is a year old and I love it even more. I do not have a cable tv bill anymore and anything I want to see is available through my roku, including twice daily Wall Street Journal Live news updates, Foxnews, CNN, CNET, CNBC, netflix, huluplus, Snag Movies, training classes through MIT OpenSource university. The list is endless . What do I do with that extra 50-100 bucks a month that I save by not having cable tv? I paid off my credit card then I started a vacation fund! Yippee!! Cable FREE!!!
