Set up is simple, the interface is extremely straight forward, my 5 year old son knows how to get to netflix for kids and pick a show
It is worth every penny

We've a mix of smart, somewhat smart and dumb tvs so I wanted something that could work with any of them. Roku fits the bill. One time price for something that does everything an extra $100 to $200 in a tv or blu-ray player would do, AND I can move it to whatever tv I want. Love it!

Remote app for phone should be improved. For example, a search field within an app does not prompt for a keyboard on your phone

I love my Roku. I ditched cable/satellite and the huge monthly bill and am so glad I did. I would never run out of things to watch as there is quite a selection for the whole family. Was very easy to setup and easy to use. Great value

Excellent unit! We purchased a second one for our boat since we were so impressed with the first one. So far, there is nothing to complain about. It is very easy to setup, almost completely automatic, and use. It provides so much and even offers more viewing options. So, in ten words or less: WE LOVE OUR ROKU 3!

have both an apple TV and a Roku 3...
each are great and have their strength and weaknesses... Roku strengths are...
number of channels available
earplug device on remote control :-)
