Cautiously Good

Brought one Roku 3 and it worked fine for about a month. It started to freeze after playing any show on netflix. Then it started to freeze on the start screen. The only thing I could do to fix it was to unplug it and plug it back up. Since I purchased an extended warrantee from the store I bought it from, I decided to take it back and exchange it for another. I haven't had any issues with the new one yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy To use

I bought this unit to test the possibility of moving away from the big cable company and off of cable. The added channels are a breeze to manage and the remote works great. I sit on my couch, crank up some action on the tube and not interrupt my wife as she reads. Big plus in my book. I like the games (And I say that lightly). They are fun, easy to load and work great yet some of them freeze and wont allow you to get back to the home page. Easy fix, turn off than back on again. Might be the app, so I gave the unit an excellent rating anyway.

I have been using Roku for months now and I love it. I have netflix too, so that may be a big plus, but Roku has plenty of channels I haven't even begun to explore! You do need a computer to enter set up codes.

I have 2 Roku 3 in my home. I have all 3 major streaming programs and use it almost daily. It simple to move from room to room. Picture quality is excellent.

More Than Thrilled!

We are more than thrilled with our Roku3. It is a great alternative to the standard offerings of cable, satellite and broadcast TV in that it allows the viewer to be much more selective. As soon as they figure out how to offer live programming I may ditch my satellite provider altogether.

I received this as a birthday gift and was first skeptical because I didn't know much about it and feared I'd be overwhelmed by it. I wasn't!. It was so easy to setup and use that I was pleasantly surprised. It's Great!
