Not what I expected

I bought the Roku 3 in my opinion just buy the cheap one. Not much for free either or at a reasonable price. Games are stupid and old school. Over all a bit disappointed

No more satellite!

We wanted to cut back on our expenses and decided to quit our satellite provider. We decided to utilize an over the air antenna and a streamer. After investigating our options ROKU 3 seemed the way to go. We are extremely happy with our choice.

Exactly what we needed!

I am somebody who doesn't watch a lot of tv myself, so the idea of paying for cable tv seemed preposterous. The teenagers, however, wanted something more than the few channels we get with the rabbit ears. For Netflix, we had been hooking up our laptop to the dvd with an hdmi cord, but that was proving to be an ordeal, slow and inefficient with interferance every time an airplane would fly over. The Roku has been the perfect answer to our needs. A one time cost to buy the box, and we're set. The teenage complaining has come to a halt. Thanks Roku!

i purchased my Roku 3 about 1 month ago and am very happy with the 100's of choices it offers. After being gouged by "cable bundles" for years this is a very worthwhile investment.

I bought the Roku based on advice from a friend. I have a hard drive with a lot of movies on it and I wanted one device with an easy user interface and simple remote to control my streaming and hard disk movies. So far I am very happy, The interface is fast and nice to work with. My only beef is the OK button should be in the middle of the direction control on the remote. Not enough to drop it from 5 stars!

Just Makes Things Easier

I bought this device a month or two ago and have not once regretted my decision. The HD quality is great, the speed is amazing, and the simplicity is just the cherry on top. I have already recommended this product to others and they have felt the same as I have. Overall, great product!
