great...when it works

I have had the 3 model for maybe a month. My wife and I love it. But lately it has started to "unpair" on a regular basis. One of the things I love about it is the ability to listen to headphones through the remote. With the continual "unpairing" this feature is basically not usable. Thus, my unhappiness. I wish you would fix it. It' easy to use and set up, but it doesn't work consistently. The suggestions for remedying the problem on the web don't go fair enough...easy to repair, but it angers me to have to do it over and over again! Fix it.

One stop access

I'm satisfied but disappointed with some parts of Roku. Visually some of my channels are cluttered and make it difficult to spot what I want. It just takes longer to get to where you're going and have the program start. I'd like the printed synopsis for programs to be large enough to see from across the room; when I used the computer for access to these channels that was not a problem, but Roku puts it in a different format.
I've used optional channel access from a smart TV, computer and old DVD player, the Roku does all the channels I'd like to access so I don't need to use three access points. However, each of the other access options were easy to set up and navigate, Roku is slower to navigate and adding some channels has proved difficult.

I bought one for my boyfriend in April and he loved his so much that I bought one about a month ago. It's been working great - I haven't had any issues with it at all!

Easy to install, allows me to access Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon on my older "not-smart" TV!

I have had this unit for about a month, and the choices available for entertainment are staggering. Marathon sessions are plentiful for the TV or Movie geek.
