Have only used the Roku for Netflix to this point. All features have worked fine and we have enjoyed the viewings. We still need to learn much about the offerings of the Roku.

Ability to watch movies while the wife sleeps

My wife goes to sleep earlier than I do and was always asking me to turn down the audio throughout a show or movie. The headphone jack on the side of the remote makes it easy to watch a movie in bed while my wife sleeps

Best purchase ever

I've had this for about 2 months, the setup was extremely simple. All I did was plug it in and turn it on and it directed me step by step on anything else. There are so many channels on it I was able to cancel my cable. This is my favorite purchase I've made In a long time.

I PURCHASED ROKU3 VIA DISHWORLD INTERNATIONAL BUT HAVING TROUBLE USING IT NOT STREAMING WELL WITH WIFI ON XFINITY-COMCAST AT SPEED OF 25MBPS. NOT SURE WHY

Got this for Father's Day, and watch it all the time, whatever I want to watch its easy to find. Anyone thinking about purchasing one, will not be disappointed!

Very good, but...

I bought the Roku 3 specifically to use with my Slingbox to watch premium channels from our main home at our vacation house. I am very impressed with the technology and span of channels available. However, Slingbox is not delivered as an application, it must be cast from a Slingbox application on your smartphone or ipad which are not free. I wish I knew this before buying the Roku, I probably would not have bought it. All that said, I'm happy with the rest of the product and have decided to keep it.

I just got the Roku 3 after having used the Roku 2 for a couple of years. The Roku 3 offers amazing picture quality, and the remote has a headphone plugin (comes with the unit). My husband is hard of hearing, and this is a terrific addition to a great product.

I purchased this item about a month ago and am so pleased with it. It solved the buffering issues that I was experiencing with Hulu Plus and Netflix. This little thing is lightening fast! So grateful my son told me about it.
