Better than I thought

I've had the Roku 3 for a little more than a month. I thought I would only use it mostly for movies (Netflix), but was surprised at all the other free programming. I especially use it all the time for the YouTube videos. The headphone jack in the remote is a very nice feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great, graphical interface needs update

I bought this a month ago and so far it does what I want nicely. The only problem I have with it is the outdated look of everything. The graphical interface definitely needs to be updated, and a lot of the apps I use most (Spotfiy, Pandors) really need an update. They just look ugly and outdated. Besides the aesthetical problems, it is perfect

Great device

I use this device to watch Netflix, YouTube and hundreds of other tv channels. I can synchronize my phone to play you tube videos. TV serials can be watched any time your wish. However, this is not complete replacement of your cable connection, if you are fond of watch daily and latest news etc. You can watch news but from recorded videos of news and weather channels. I say 1-2 hours later that their live telecast via cable connection. Looking at one time Roku price vs monthly subscription of cable, this is definitely a great device.

Great Product

This is the 2nd Roku I have purchased. I am now the proud owner of the Roku 3. The Roku 3 is faster and the picture is crystal clear . Itwas easy to install. Much cheaper then cable or Dish.

I tried a different streaming device and was disappointed with features and performance. I was seeking a way to cut the cord of cable TV. The Roku definitely helped me with that decision. I'm glad I purchased my Roku.

Amazing Little Box

I bought the Roku a month ago specifically for Aereo. Aereo is gone, but I am still in love with the Roku 3. The speed and choices I have with it is amazing. It blows my Apple TV Gen 3 away. The Roku 3 has become my go to streaming box for movies, music, and Netflix now. The channels are amazing and I find myself discovering new ones to explore often. I can not recommend the Roku 3 enough to people.

Does the job streaming but..

The Roku 3 does a good job streaming video. However, it doesn't work well with my Harmony One remote. In fact, I'm forced to use the Roku remote because with the universal remote the Roku 3 is barely functional. Also, I wish there was a way to see the streaming speed. Even though I have very high speed internet, the Roku 3 often only shows standard definition rather than High Definition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
