Love the Roku

After 18 years purchasing cable TV, I am finally done with it. I have a Roku2 in my living room and the Streaming Stick in my bedroom.
I was amazed at how easy it was to set up the Roku device!
I have talked with friends and co-workers, they have purchased the Roku also.
I am so glad I purchased the Roku product.

Easy to use for the technologically-challenged!

The Roku is a simple and easy gizmo for someone like me who is unabashedly a dolt when it comes to technology. The remote is so simple and intuitive that even my mother could figure it out (remember when we used to say that even a child could figure it out?)! I love it!

Way better than Apple TV.

I have an iPhone 5 that works great and wanted to stay in the Apple ecosystem so I got an Apple TV. I finally gave up on it after fighting various issues for 6 months. Roku 3 beats it hands down in all respects with none of the buffering, loading issues that plague Apple TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a blue ray player that I could stream through but I purchased my Roku 2 and it has never failed me . It's always there just waiting for me to choose him.

Bought this product 2 weeks ago, ROKU 3. Set up was easy, with wired as well as with wireless connection. Has a lot of free and paid stuff. Still in process of discovering all the Roku can do and how much of the free stuff is worth watching on TV. It has a USB, HDMI, SD Card & Ethernet Input slots. I understand we can link IPADS, IPHONE etc and play or stream mp3 music, movies through the USB port or wireless. The processor is fast and it is easy to change or switch between programs & channels. The free music stations are many and good. YouTube is great. Got to check if mail or browser applications are available as well. Few good stations available for news, although not live. Hope to get CNN, BBC and better news stations in the future even if there is a minimum to pay. There are many games available for teenagers. Hope there will be more upgrades, updates in the near future in addition to the many services presently available. How the good the ROKU hardware is - only time will tell

Very good device that streams faster and better

I bought this a month ago and I am very pleased with it more better than the Apple TV and Blu-ray . It is more faster and runs smoothly and never freezes up like the other two devices that I had before this Roku 3. I like how there is a 24/7 tech to chat online if there is something to be corrected like I did once and it helped .

Streams Very Fast

We've had this for about 3 months now and it works great. The wireless streaming is very fast. Its easy to use and has lots of channels. Most you have to pay for but still better than cable or satellite.

I purchased this yesterday and I could not be happier! Before this I would plug my laptop into my computer through hdmi and it was such just such a pain. This roku 3 has a great interface and is so easy to use. The picture quality is amazing and lightning fast. Anyone thinking about buying this product should go for it it's worth every penny!
