Great features!

I needed to add Netflix capability to my cable without upgrading my bluray player or other devices. RoKu made it possible at a much lower price. While I am impressed with Roku I wish they would add that capability for premium audio connection directly to my amplifier for 7.1 surround sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this for my husband for Christmas, he thanks me all the time. This was so easy to set up even I could do it! (Not real 'tech' savvy). It's small so it doesn't take a lot of space either. Really, really like it....thanks Roku 3!

Very buggy so to speak

The first Roku 3 we got had worked great for a couple weeks but then a purple error screen would pop up constantly. As it was defective we sent it back. Our second one takes a really long time to load shows and movies and halfway through the shows and movies it will stop to load again. I'm not sure if we got unlucky with another defective product or what, but I'm not too pleased with the product based on our experiences. Other than the bugs, it is extremely user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good. Haven't had one single problem with the Roku 3 since i installed it, which by the way installation was a straight breeze. Totally satisfied. Now i also own a Roku 2 which is also excellent.

I bought my Roku 3 because I was told that it would pick up some local tv channels but it doesn't. Or at least I haven't figured how to get them. But as far as movies and other content it is great. I use it to watch videos on Youtube and Netflix. I already had an account with Netflix so that was easy. I would definitely recommend it to other people for streaming media. Thanks.

I bought the Roku 3 about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. In fact I liked it so much I went out and bought a second one for the bedroom. I watch netflix and hulu the most for my tv shows. Great picture quality. Way better and faster than my smart tv was. I was shocked at how small it actually was. Fits in the palm of my hand. I used hook and loop and attached it to the back of my tv.

We bought this a few weeks ago. We still watch cable, enjoy Xfinity and its technology but the Roku just adds that little extra and is so easy to install and use. We love it and haven't a bad thing to say about it.
