I stopped using my Sony Bluray player after buying this. I took the Dish world connection which sony doesn't have. I'm very much satisfied with this player.

Best Streamer on the Market!

This is by far the best streaming media player on the market. Easy to use with more channels than any other player. The Roku3 made it easy for me to "cut the cord" with DirectTV, with absolutely no regrets. Best decision I ever made! Fantastic content. It's simply no contest. My only regret is that I didn't get the Roku3 sooner!!!

I just started using my Roku 3 and wow I can't believe how many channels it gets... each one has tons of shows and all streaming when you want it... I am think about cutting the cable... who needs that with a Roku... Great jobs keep up the good work.

Good for Netflix but needs more channels

I bought a Roku 3 a month ago as a birthday present to myself, mainly because I didn't have a streaming device and was tired of having to plug my computer into the TV to stream Netflix (having to get off the couch to pause Netflix is so uncool). At first I wasn't sure if I was going to keep it, but after using it every day for a month I love it, with one disclaimer: if you're looking to completely cut the cable cord you will be disappointed with the limited set of content currently available on the Roku. However, if you're looking for an all-around great streaming device for services like Netflix and Hulu, you can't beat the Roku.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a few days of streaming My Roku3 I find Myself easily pleased with the extended variety of social/entertainment programs and channels provided through Roku3. Although completely satisfied, I strongly believe Roku3 should increase the wireless signal and speed of wireless connection to prevent user's from being disrupted during activities. Just a thought! 5-STARS

So far so good. Easy hookup to my surround sound system so getting full HD and great sound. Very easy to use and the remote is super nice

I bought the Roku to be my main way of watching TV. I signed the Dish Network and am happy with the choice. I just think the product could offer more in terms of technology. I opted for the "Roku 3" because he has control with motion sensor but the device is just that. I could have chosen the Roku 2 and I think it would be fully met. All the technology offered in the "Roku 3" just to play Angry Birds is very little. But it's a great product.
