we have had roku 3 for a month now. it is better than i thought it would be.does not stain my internet.streams great,high quality picture,only wish there was more live streaming. overall very pleased!

Finally without Comcast

I was hooked on Comcast with DVR, HIFI, and all the expansive stuff they offer. Now I am finally on Roku and I love it!

I needed a little help setting up the Roku 3 but it didn't take too long. Netflix movies play very well and it's nice to see them on the big TV screen instead of my laptop! Youtube is not as good, though. The sound on one of my favorite YouTube videos won't play via Roku but it's fine on the laptop and iPad. Can't figure out how to select things to watch on YouTube; only a few large frames with "suggested" pictures come up. The icons for Watch Later, etc. are on the left side of the screen but I can't get to them. Wish we could get local news and weather, etc. Going to try an antenna for local channels. If it works, may cut cable. Then want to figure out how to record shows when we give back our DVR that comes with cable.

we brought this roku at least four months ago. can not get it to work I think we have to pay for what we watch. we were told just plug in and watch cannot understand what we have here. help thank-you doug

has some good features

I bought this item about a month ago. It is good as long as you have a cable provider or you will be paying for all the best channels, and depending on your cable provider you may still not be able to access certain channel for free. All the free channels have very old shows, which could be a benefit, if that's what you enjoy.

This was the best thing I ever bought. Got rid of my expensive cable HBO. So easy to set up, and so small you can't even see it. Very easy rouse.Love it!!!

Amazing - Roku 3

I have used devices to view Netflix, and Amazon and the Roku 3 blows them out of the water. Even with my slow DSL service the viewing dose not stall and buffer. For and Amazing viewing experience the Roku 3 is the way to go.
