My husband took the first one I bought for his room so I bought another for my room...then we bought 2 more (for the master and guest bedrooms). We love being able to pick and choose what we want to watch and when. Great "channel" selection and the picture quality is beautiful.

I like the channels (Watch ESPN, Amazon Cloud Player, HBO Go, Showtime) that the Roku has available. I am sure it is CBS that will not allow it but I would love if there was a CBS channel so I could watch earlier episodes from that season.

expanded my entertainment choices - saved me money

As a recent purchaser of this product I am very pleased with what it does for me. I have been a satellite subscriber for many hears but found that I watched very few movies from that service as the choices were not good. Roku has given me more movie choices but also allows me access to TV series I did not know even existed and find to be a great viewing opportunity. Equally important, by cutting out the movie option on satellite, I saved enough money to pay for the Roku device, and the Netflix subscription many times over. And the savings continue month after month. The Roku device is also easier to use than Chromecast - and I don't need a tablet or smart phone to use it. The remote gives me better control of program streaming. All together, its a great device for expanding your viewing options, and saves you money in the process.

Roku not very consistent

I loved my Roku when I first got it but it stopped working on me. Everytime that I try to start the Roku back up it will say error check connection. After checking the connection it seemed to be fine. PLeaaaazeee Roku work again!

Great variety of movies

I bought my Roku about a month ago and am enjoying it. I have never seen so many channels to watch, and the only problem is which one to watch first. It is easy to set up and the streaming is very good.

First, full disclosure: My Roku is not a Roku 3, but one I've had in almost daily use for 2 1/2 years. It continues to perform extremely well. Also, customer service is excellent. Today, I had an issue with one channel, and through a chat, Roku's tech support rep stayed with me for quite a while until the issue was successfully resolved. I think that says a lot about the company's priorities.
