Great cooperation with a returned unit

With every type product, there is a remote chance of some kind of issue. We returned and received our new Roku 3 within a week. We inadvertently left a piece of electronics plugged into the returned unit and found Roku headquarters very helpful. Our personal device will be returned within a few days. It doesn't get much better than that.

Roku 3 NetFlix Amazon

I purchased a month ago and the Roku 3 has improved our Netflix streaming experience greatly reducing recycling and stopping; it does still occur sometimes with Netflix. We really bought it for the Amazon Prime streaming and it has no issues with Amazon. I love the search and result screen with pricing options for various streaming provider. We also enjoy watching YouTube through Roku 3. We have a two-story house with a Netgear 4500 Router in one corner on the second floor and the Samsung TV in the opposite corner on the first floor; whenever I check the signal strength it has always been exceptional, all bars included. The Roku 3 is also very small footprint on the counter. We first tried a ChromeCast but it did kept dropping the signal; I gave it to my daughter, she loves it. Roku 3 is an exceptional buy that provides 100s of streaming applications for a modest price.

Better than I expected

I have owned two other brands of media player over the past few years and this Roku is now my favorite. I have smart TVs with built in media player but they perform so poorly that I ended up reconnecting my WD and Sony players. I would highly recommend the Roku 3.

Good additional equipment to watch TV

So far my experience with "Roku 3" has been very good, easy to install, I believe the Canadian content is not as good as the US one, so there is definitely room for the improvement.

Great Product

Bought myself a Roku 3 for Christmas. Love it! The only problem I have had is tearing myself away from all that entertainment to get some sleep!! A month later I figured out how to fix this problem I bought a second R-3 for the bedroom. Never a delay or an interuption. Both units run wirelessly. Love it !!!!!!!!

I have had two ROKU's for quite a while now.. possibly 2yrs or more... Have never had any problem with either of them and am completely satisfied with them. The ability to choose from so many options is a great plus.
