Great, Great, and Great!

Did not know what to buy so I asked a friend that owns a computer business. He said buy the Roku and don't look back.... According to him this is the industry standard. I then asked about Google TV, Netgears, and AppleTV. He said "stop asking questions and buy the Roku." I did, and I have not been disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Old verses new

I had one of the first rokus, which was ok. Roku 3 is much faster but, I preferred the older Roku with the size of the print which was easier to read then the newer version. That's why I only gave it 4 stars overall

Easier use of Remote features

I feld in love with my roku and now have purshared 4 for my home. Cut my tv cable off. You had to have their tv box for every tv in the home. These tvboxes are small and looks great.

Best Thing Ever!

I bought this so we could watch movies mainly, who knew it would be such a hit in our house! I can stream educational cartoons for my 2 1/2 year old grandson and with 2 up and coming granddaughters this feature will get used a lot! My kids come over and watch movies and we can watch old tv shows also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like most of the Roku's features, especially, being able to plug my headset in to the remote for private listening, but it does not work if I leave it plugged in.
I have to disconnect it when i'm done.

Better than expected

We were tired of the cost of cable and lack of good programming to make it worthwhile. With Roku, rabbit ears(20 local over the air stations), and an occasional hookup to PC for golf and tennis, we are better off than ever. The Roku costs what we saved in the first month and a half so from now on it is gravy.

This little thing is really the best streamer there is ... the only thing missing is MIRACAST support...the rest is perfect !!!
