Very good machine

I use it all the time for hbo go and youtube. I can not access all of History channel
and i feel i deserve to since i pay for it on Dish network.Most of the channels require you to pay something and i do not.

Easy to use, great variety, lots of free trials!

I have only had the Roku 3 for a few weeks and have only begun to explore some of the many channels. It has many more free channels than I expected. It is very easy to setup and operate. I also like the app for my tablet.

Love the new Roku!

This was a gift when my old roku's life was wearing out from so much use...it's great! Love it. Only complaint is that Comcast doesn't give me access to certain channels that are available on apple TV / other devices just not the Roku 3 yet.

The Roku is great. My wife is technically challenged and has no problem navigating the menu system. We are on Verizon Fios and the the speed is great. No lag on the movies. We mostly use it for Amazon Prime video, HBO GO and Netflix.

I really didn't know what this was gonna be when I bought it but it turned out to be way more than I could of hoped for! I love it! It has everything you need for a full television experience. So easy to use and set up, I've never had anything easier!

Great Alternative To Cable

I was very skeptical of making this purchase. We moved recently and it seemed like the perfect time to cut the cable chord and give this a try. A good friend of mine recommended the Roku and after evaluating the pros and cons, we decided to go for it. There are things you must take into consideration. You will see that you will have access to ESPN and other Network channels, however, in almost every single case, you must have a cable subscription in order to watch those channels. That pretty much defeats the purpose. If you are ok with that, then the Roku is perfect for you.

Very easy to set up. I am not very savy when it comes to electronics,so i was afraid to get Roku,finally i decided to go for it......it is so easy to use.

I purchased the original Roku 1 for my mom, who is not very tech savvy. She has had no problems in the couple of years she has had hers, in fact, it may have helped her with her ludite ways. After we cut the cord on our cable, then on our satellite as well, we started using the PlayStation to stream everything. I noticed we were running the PlayStation a lot and decided to get a unit designed for just that purpose, in steps the Roku, which performs very well. So far it has been great, and it doesn't take up much space, and you can play Angry Birds on the TV...
