The roku was quick and easy to set up and very easy to work. We are really enjoying it and have cut our cable bill in half, thanks to a friend that told us about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I previously owned a LogiTech Revue. There is no comparison with the Roku 3. Not only does the Roku 3 have a faster processor, which makes everything from Netflix to Crackle run faster, it simply has more media to access. I won't list the channels here, but I'd offer that you get more entertainment, faster access and connectivity, and even more reliable performance.
With my old Logitech Revue, I'd have to unplug it to clear the cache (I assume) about every month. That's not a huge hassle, but it's a hassle. When the picture would start to glitch and freeze, you'd know you had to jump up, unplug, wait about 20 seconds, and then plug it back in. Then wait for the start-up process and it would be good to go for about a month.
There is NO such problem with the Roku 3. Either it doesn't have a cache that backs up or it cleans itself on a regular basis. I've had this device in heavy operation for over two months and not seen a single glitch or frozen screen. I am running wireless in from a new Apple Airport Extreme (so yes, my speed coming out wireless is very fast)...but the key is that the Roku 3 takes advantage of all that speed. I previously had an ethernet line running out to the old Logitech because of the occasional freezing and slow operation.
I tried the Roku 3 wireless and I haven't even thought about connecting it with an ethernet cable.
This is an absolutely amazing value for under $100. I've been particularly impressed because I literally unplugged the Logitech (which I would have previously rated as "good" given a few glitches here and there), and I plugged in the Roku 3. The difference in performance, ease of use with the remote and PROGRAMMING that plays just like cable or satellite TV is amazing. It's like these are two entirely different generations of devices.
I could not be more satisfied. If you don't have a Roku 3, get a job for at least two days, save up the $80 bucks and buy one. This will literally change your TV viewing lifestyle.

First, I was really glad there was something out there other than Xbox, etc. as I have none of those things. It does exactly what I want it to do. I've never had a single problem with it. Not only would I recommend it - I have bought it for others.

It's pretty good as it is. What I'd like to see is the ease of adding my own internet video sources (those that don't already support Roku). Or better yet, put a browser in Roku, make the remote an air mouse, and put a mini keyboard on the remote, so I can directly surf internet using TV.

Bought the Roku to interface with my large Video library. Using in in conjunction with Pleax does a awesome job.
