Roku 3 - Awesome!

All I've done so far is access my Netflix account, but that has been so rewarding. I used to be able to do it with my ipad, but then somebody (Apple) did an operating system upgrade and I could not get the ipad to send the programs to the tv. And my wife digs the dirty bird game, that was a great bonus!

Good product but needs browser

With the exception of having to sink the remote to the Roku from time to time, I am very happy with my Roku 3. May buy another one for another TV. The only thing it needs is a browser for the internet! Then, it would be a five star product. Also, some of the channels offered by Roku, do not work well with an internet speed slower than about 4Mbps. Netfix and Hulu, and a few others, however, work very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast, high quality streaming

It's faster using wifi than my computer with a direct connection. Easy to use straight out of the box, hardly any setup necessary. Roku's apps offer more content than those found on my Xbox. Makes a great Christmas gift!

Great way to watch TV

Bought this about a month ago and have been using it plus an antenna to watch TV. I pay 8 bucks a month for Hulu Plus (instead of 60 for DirecTV) and leech off of my parents for the rest including HBO Go, Netflix, ESPN, FOX, and some more.
If you have access to someone's TV subscription (like your parents), then this is way worth it.
Even without that free access, I can easily get by on Hulu and Netflix.
Roku is the way to go.
