I received this unit as a gift on my birthday. I could not believe how easy it was to set up and use. The picture and sound are remarkable. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

My daughter told me about Roku in 2013, I didn't listen thought it just another product sell, this has been the best purchase I have made in the past 5 years. I have Zero regrets with my decision, Thank you Roku

Excellent player. Easy to use. As with all devices of this sort, search feature is cumbersome, but not frustrating as unit will give suggestions as you type. Easier (and quicker) to use your computer.

My desirable goal is to have something akin to iTunes SMART PLAYLISTS, with a dash of RSS/podcast behavior. I can customize what I'd like to see, and take the latest that I might be interested in. Perhaps keyword searches of titles, descriptions, closed caption text to auto-discover media.

Finally a device that exceeds expectations

I really cannot find anything negative about this device. I've tried many different streaming devices and the Roku 3 is in a class by itself. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel so strongly about this device I just had to put in my 2 cents.
