The ROKU 3 that I bought was at Sam's Club was a very good deal. It was easy to "hook up" but it was very frustrating to have to register with ROKU (that was ok)and several other channels in order to access programs-even the free channels. Since the channels were all available through ROKU, the channels you choose should already have the info once you ADD CHANNEL. Some of the free channels have a problem and have to reload constantly-but that's only a couple of channels that I've found so far. I have an antenna (for local channels) hooked up where the cable goes in, and a Blue Ray player hooked up to HDMI 2, and the ROKU hooked up to HDMI 1. It's a cinch to switch from one to another by just pushing a button on my remote. Wish more channels were offered though...I would definitely recommend this product!!!

I really do enjoy the Roku but the only complaint I have is that the remote eats batteries like crazy and that is not a good feature. I seems to lock up alot or just freeze when I am trying to go someplace.

So far, I love Roku, and I realize I am not yet using it to its fullest potential. Just about the only thing that would make it better would be if you could access pay cable channels without having to need a cable company. Absent that, I really enjoy it. Thanks Roku!!

I've enjoyed watching shows on my computer and cable service. I'm going to cut back on my cable provider which means money saved. Very easy to use even 64 yr. old grandmother could figure out the hook-up. Like that I can watch at my leisure. I've had it about a month and so far so good.

My first Roku and I wish I had purchased one in the very beginning. For the past year I suffered through constant reloading of Netflix and no closed captioning through a Sony blu-ray player. After many hours of unsuccessful fixes, I finally gave up and bought a Roku3. I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I have had this a couple of months now and I recommend the product. It has a good interface to multiple content providers (Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon).
